I have visited Cascade Lakes Brewing Co.,
in Bend, Deschutes Co., Oregon, USA.
Brewery/Brewpub Location Map

Reason for Visit: We were visiting Bend, Oregon for eight nights and decided to visit every brewery and brewpub in town, eventually accomplishing every stop on the legendary Bend Ale Trail.

Exterior: Cascade Lakes Brewing Company has a rustic lodge design judging both by the exterior and the interior, with lots of exposed wooden poles and beams and such. |

Merchandise: We happened to stop by on a weekend for lunch which meant we had plenty of time to sit and admire the merchandise because we had to wait awhile for a table. It's great that they do a good business although I guess our timing sucked. Nonetheless we stuck it out -- after all we wanted to complete the Ale Trail -- and eventually made it in to the dining room. |

Multi-Color Coaster (Front): This colorful oval coaster from Cascade Lakes Brewing had a lot of activity going on with it. The image on the right is obviously an homage to Marilyn Monroe in the Seven Year Itch, the famous scene where a breeze blowing-up from a subway grate lifts her dress. That's an appropriate image for their Blonde Bombshell, and American Blonde Ale. The rest of the coaster includes the name of the brewery plus several of their beers. |

Multi-Color Coaster (Back): The back of the coaster is even more busy, if that's even possible. It includes representations of the logo labels from several of their beers, once again reproduced in multiple colors. |

Barrel Coaster (Front): The other Cascade Lakes Brewing coaster I collected is a simpler design. It is an oval shape fashioned to appear as if it's the bottom or top of a wooden barrel. Never mind that barrels generally aren't ovals, it seems to work for this purpose and the simplicity gets the point across. It is adorned simply with the name of the brewery. |

Barrel Coaster (Back): The back of the coaster is also a much simpler design. It begins with a small representation of the Cascade Lakes logo followed by a list of their various beers, plus some location and website information. |
