I have visited GRANITE CITY FOOD & BREWERY,
in Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota, and Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, USA.

Brewery/Brewpub Location Map

Reason for Visit: We had dinner at the Fargo, ND location as a "celebration" for having traveled to my 50th and final State earlier in the day [see my Fargo travel page]. For the Madison, WI page, we were in Wisconsin visiting family, it was winter, and we had to get out of the house for awhile. If I understand their business model correctly, they mash and boil at a central facility, then truck the wort to their individual locations for fermentation. This makes it sort-of a brewpub or maybe a half-brewpub. I guess I'll still count it as a "brewpub visit."
