Thelma Howder is the daughter of George and Ethel Howder. She is 2 years old and born in the District of Columbia.

Thelma Howder may be listed in this entry but further investigation is required. If this is her, she is listed as "Mary Thelma Howder" and is a boarder in the William Williams household along with what is probably her sister. Her father actually is listed in the Washington, DC household of his sister Genevieve (Howder) Satterfield. There are some rather unusual recordings of the larger Howder family in general in the 1930 Census, whether due to miscommunications or intentional deception.
