She was born circa 1755, and died 10 Dec 1824, probably Gorham, ME. She was also known as Hannah Stone."
- "From the Military Pension Record of Zebulon WHITNEY, National Archives Building, Washington, D.C.: 'He was a private in the company commanded by Captain PARKER in Col. WADE's Regiment of the Massachusetts State troops. He enlisted in said company in the month of June, 1778, and was marched to Rhode Island, and was in the service for the term of six months, being the term for which he enlisted. He was then discharged and returned to his home in Gorham, where he has ever since resided. The company in which he enlisted was in the latter part of his term commanded by Captain LEMONT. I was born in York in this State, and my birth is recorded at said York. I resided in Gorham at the time I enlisted and have remained in said Gorham ever since the Revolutionary War. I did not receive a written discharge.'"
