Ellison married Miss Lively LITTLE and went to Marshall County, Mississippi. I think the family are all dead."

Samuel Ellis McGAUGHY received land from his father in his will as follows: "My quarter section of land that I now live on that is to say the north east quarter of section ten range nine township seven west I give and bequeath to my son Samuel Ellis McGAUGHY but on condition that should my wife survive me she is to have her support out of the profits arising from the land free free from want and the use of my houses as before bequeathed and I do hereby empower my Executors or any one of them to make the deed to Samuel E. McGAUGHY for said land after my decease.
