This source includes an obituary from the Lockport [New York] Daily Union; February 20, 1888: "Mrs. Belinda HOUSTATER died at the family residence, near Pekin, yesterday morning, at the age of 79 years. The deceased was an old resident of Pekin, having lived on the Houstater homestead over fifty years. She was greatly esteemed by a large circle of friends. She leaves a family of five daughters, Margaret, Harriet, and Nancy at home; and Mrs. Martin WOLF of Pekin and Mrs. James LORD of Rochester, N.Y. Her funeral will be held Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 1 P.M. from the house, and at 2 o'clock from the M.E.Church at Pekin"
