Mary Thelma HOWDER is residing in the household of her uncle and aunt, William O. WILLIAMS and Emma (DeATLEY) WILLIAMS. She is 12 years old and was born in the District of Columbia, with her father born in Ohio and her mother born in the District of Columbia. She is attending school. The household resides at 70 Preston Ave. (nearly all Arlington County street names changed soon after this census; today Preston St. is N. Stafford St., and "70" would now be the first block immediately south of Langston Blvd.). Note: Her father, George HOWDER, lives in the District of Columbia with his sister Genevieve (HOWDER) SATTERFIELD and brother-in-law Harry SATTERFIELD at this time; and her mother passed away in 1926.
