Inconsistencies bearing further research: Date on tombstone lists death as "1890;" and if he passed away in California and is buried in New York some record of this event probably exists. Also there is a 1900 census record that seems to place Ernest SABIN and Effie [HOWDER] SABIN in Buffalo, New York (Enumeration District 212, Page 3B) -- or it could be a coincidental record of a couple with the same names. Again, there are issues that need to be resolved.
