The Commonwealth of Kentucky issued a marriage bond for William BURKE to marry Mary HAYES, dated 31 July 1894 in Campbell County. However the certification of marriage section was not filled in by an officiant. Presumably they got married sometime around the date although it didn't make it into the record for some unknown reason.
