Rank In = Private, Rank Out = Private. Film Number M559 roll 2. The
unit was organized in Milwaukee and mustered in June 8, 1864, moving to
Memphis, TN for garrison, railroad guard and picket duty. It
participated in the repulse of Forest's attack on Memphis on August 21.
It mustered out September 24. The unit suffered no battle casualties.
