His wife Hannah DAVIS received one third of his movible estate and real estate during the "term of her natural life." Other bequeaths were reserved for his children for Robert, Joseph, James, Gorshom, Daniel, Hannah, Mary, and Lydia; and grandson James.
"In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand, & the Seal of said Court of Probate. Dated at Barnstable ye 24th day of Sept Anno Domini 1735"
