I&#8217;m on the top floor &#8212; 11th floor &#8212; of an office building in Crystal City, just across the river from Washington, DC. The building actually ROCKED for awhile. Lots of people have evacuated the office buildings. I can see them out on the streets. Me? I&#8217;m still here in the building. I spent some of my childhood years in California so it didn&#8217;t seem that bad, just a little surprising for this area. The electricity is on but the mobile phone network seems to be down. I am fine, the family is fine, and now that the Adrenalin has dropped back to normal I can get back to work.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Holy crap! We just had an earthquake.
