Photograph: You can get a good view of the Rooster Fish logo hanging on the wall behind this brewing kettle. If you look through the doorway you can see some of the kegs being stored in a back room. Active brewing was taking place during our visit which is why you can see the hose snaking along the floor. The entire restaurant was filled with the wonderful aroma of the boil.
