I have visited Market Street Brewing Co. & Restaurant,
in Corning, Steuben County, New York, USA.

Brewery/Brewpub Location Map

Reason for Visit: We were on our way during a trip to New York's Finger Lakes region [see my Finger Lakes page]. After a harrowing drive through the mountains of northern Pennsylvania on US Route 15 we crossed into New York and stopped in Corning for a bite to eat and a beer sampler to calm our nerves. Afterwards we toured the famous Corning Museum of Glass which was great, although I wouldn't necessarily recommend visiting on a rainy weekend when everyone esle in town apparently has the same idea.

Market Street Brewing Co. & Restaurant, Corning, NY Photograph: Here is the exterior of Market Street Brewing, with a view down, well... Market Street, which is a quaint shopping area in the heart of Corning. You'll notice the person with the umbrella and the starkly gray sky. It was actually raining heavily at the time of this photo and it was difficult to keep the camera dry. The brewpub itself was warm and inviting so everything was fine.
Market Street Brewing Co. & Restaurant T-Shirt Front of T-shirt: The name of the brewpub appears in small lettering over the upper-left portion of the shirt.
Market Street Brewing Co. & Restaurant T-Shirt - Back Back of T-shirt:And their logo covers the entire back portion of the shirt. It is a circular design with a bar crossing the center and extending out both sides. The name of the brewery provides the circular border and extends across the bar. The top portion of the circle contains a hop leaf braced by hop cones and barley stalks. The bottom portion contains barley stalks angling to the upper right and left.

Sample list of beers produced by Market Street Brewing Co. & Restaurant

Just one interesting note about the URL for their website. It took me a little while to figure out why it was listed as 936-beer.com instead of something more descriptive but after pondering this awhile, it dawned on me that it's their telephone number. Clever is good.

Items featured on these breweriana pages are personal souvenirs of my visits to these locations, and an expression of the events and travels leading to their collection. They are not for sale or for trade.
