in Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, USA.
Brewery/Brewpub Location
- Status: CLOSED ~July 2008! The brewers later founded Ale Asylum

Reason for Visit: Family in the area. It was located just a short walk down from the Wisconsin State Capitol building near the wonderful State Street corridor of shops and restaurants in the heart of Madison.

Front of Coaster: This one can certainly be described as "angelic." The brewpub's logo is floating above a cloud bank, bathed from below by the gentle rays of the sun. The logo itself is a capital letter "A" with a halo substituted for the crossbar, all held aloft by two angle's wings. Within the halo is the name of the brewery. In an arc above the logo it reads "Drink No Evil" and in a horizontal line below, "Madison, WI." While the coaster is printed on square stock, the orientation for proper viewing is a diamond. The back of the coaster is blank. |

Front of Coaster: This coaster has less activity. It contains the same basic logo although in color here, and resting inside a gold circular band. The background is blank, as is the back. |

Glassware: This pint glass features the color version of the Angelic logo superimposed on white ceramic. Of the many dozens of glasses I have collected I have never seen another that comes close to being similar. On the bottom it lists Domex as the manufacturer, and that it is made in Germany. This is a fun glass and it definitely stands out from the crowd. |
