- His wife was named Sarah, surname not provided. The married about 1658 and she died after August 04, 1706
- Lived on the family farm after the death of Richard SILVESTER (his father) in 1663, and took ownership after his mother's death in 1668, in accordance with Richard's will.
- Went before the Court at Plymouth on several occasions between 1664 and 1673, usually for cutting timber, gathering crops, or mowing hay on various neighbors' land. He generally lost these cases and received a fine.
