"Mrs. Ida Saniter dies Early Today

Funeral Services will be Conducted Sunday Afternoon

Mrs. Ida Saniter, widow of Charles Saniter, residing in route 5, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Clara Borth in route 1 at 5 o'clock this morning after a lingering illness. She dad gone to the home of Mrs. Borth about five months ago where she was being cared for in her illness. Her death today came peacefully in her sleep. She was 74 years old.

She was the former Ida Willenbockel and was born in the town of Emmet on Sept. 3, 1870, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Willenbockel. She was married Oct. 30, 1890 to Mr. Saniter. He died June 30, 1927.

Mrs. Saniter had lived on the family homestead most of her life, having returned there after some years residence in Watertown.

Two children preceded her in death in infancy and surviving her are five daughters and four sons. Mrs. Clara Borth, route 1; Mrs. Arthur Weihert, route 1; Mrs. Fred Krause and Mrs. Leona Henschel, both of Milwaukee; Mrs. Ely Schuett, route 5; Edwin and Arnold, route 5; Arthur, route 1; and Leonard, this city. There are 19 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Mrs. Saniter was the last member of a family of seven sisters and brothers.

She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran church.

The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the Hafemeister funeral home, with services at 2 o'clock in St. Mark's Church. The Rev. William A. Eggert will officiate and burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home to pay their respects Saturday from 3 to 8 p. m. and Sunday up to the time of the service."
